Situated in the southern part of Texas, Laredo was established in 1755 by Tomás Sánchez. Unlike most Spanish settlements in Texas, it was named after Laredo, Spain, and it’s the main border between Mexico and Texas. You shouldn’t be surprised to hear a Spanish accent from the people living there. The city of Laredo has seen many historic wars and revolts over the years. Laredo’s main occupation consists of tourism and export-import trade. It’s very easy to send in flowers, bouquets to your loved ones due to ease of delivery.
