If you're visiting, you'll find plenty of nightlife and restaurants to keep you busy as well as a whole host of vintage clothing stores to check out during the day. Some of the more popular attractions include the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, the Pima Air & Space Museum, and the Old Tucson Studios. The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum has over 1,200 types of plants on 98 acres. You can enjoy two miles of walking paths while checking out all of the exhibits. If you haven't gotten enough of the great outdoors after your visit to the museum, then head on over to the Saguaro National Park. You'll find the saguaro cactus there which is the giant cactus you associate with the West. If flowers are more your thing, then you'll truly enjoy the Tohono Chul Park which is a 49-acre botanical garden. In addition, it is host to a nature preserve as well as a cultural museum. In town, you won't want to miss the St. Philips Farmers Market. It's open every weekend and is one of the largest farmers markets in southwestern Arizona. A great way to end your sightseeing is to check out the University of Arizona. It's a pretty campus and has its own museum with over 25,000 baskets and woven artifacts and 20,000 pieces of pottery created by the Southwest Indians.
